Creating a new cluster

We have A-A cluster with two server but I would like to have another cluster.
How could I connect both cluster?

Do you want to add a node to the existing cluster?
That is documented in Windows and SQL Server BOL.
If that is not the answer, we need more information it you are not giving
much for us to work with.
